As founder of <em>Saving History Consulting<\/em>, she collaborates with cities, museums, and nonprofits to integrate historical context into planning and public engagement. Her work bridges archival research, media analysis, and local policy to promote ethical and informed local development.<\/p>\n<p>Much of her work focuses on how people interact with the built environment by interpreting how local development decisions, like zoning, redevelopment, urban renewal, and land management, have shaped community identity and collective memory. She analyzes the historical layers beneath the built environment and drafts the narrative to help inform present-day planning and design.<\/p>\n<p>Linda is the Executive Director and Curator at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breamuseum.org\">Brea Museum<\/a>, which holds a collection of approximately 45,000 photos, ephemera, and cultural artifacts highlighting the history of the City of Brea. An upcoming exhibit on Brea&#8217;s Downtown Redevelopment will focus on the use of eminent domain as a controversial strategy during suburban redevelopment.
